Pastor Ben continues our sermon series, The Lord’s Prayer, with “Thy Kingdom Come.” Through Scripture, we explore what it means to live as citizens of heaven and how praying for God's kingdom to come transforms the way we think and live. We're reminded that this prayer is an invitation to surrender to God, depend on Him, and participate in His work of restoration.

As BLVD Church celebrates 8 years, Pastors Ben and Hannah share a message called "Make Room." Through Mark 2:1–12, we see how four friends' faith made a way for a paralyzed man to encounter Jesus. Together, we're reminded that faith makes room, Jesus makes room, and we're called to make room for others to experience God's love.

In this week's message, Pastor Ben speaks “Hallowed be thy name” through the story of Moses and the burning bush. God's holiness invites us to grow in reverence, shed the things that are not honoring to Him, and be transformed by His grace. As we pray, we're reminded that it's not about who we are, but about who God is.

This week, we begin our sermon series on The Lord’s Prayer with Chase Hoag teaching on “Our Father Who Art in Heaven.” Through Scripture, we look at relationship, identity, and purpose as we learn what it means to know God as our Father.

Why do we pray? Prayer is not about us, but it is for us. Prayer connects us to Jesus, refocuses our attention on Him, and strengthens us to live in obedience to what the Lord has called us to do. Prayer is not the goal. Jesus is the goal.

Why do we participate in church? To grow in becoming like Jesus, so we can gather and give the way He did. We are called to be devoted participants so that we can see miraculous signs and wonders as we gather, grow, and give. 

In our Why Jesus? sermon series, we begin with the question, “Who do you say Jesus is?” The reason why we follow Jesus is Jesus and Jesus alone. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.
 
 
 
 

What does it look like to have a faith that lasts when following Jesus gets hard? Pastor Sophie shares how doubt, questions, and wilderness seasons don't have to pull us away from God—they can actually lead us into a deeper and more resilient faith.

Pastor Ben looks at the life of David and the importance of knowing who we are in the Lord. David knew he didn't need to wear someone else's armor—he trusted who God created him to be and allowed the little things to prepare him for the big moment.
Through David's story and the Armor of God in Ephesians 6, we’re reminded that our identity is found in Jesus, not in comparison, possessions, success, other people's opinions, or the different roles we carry.
